Delete it from inside the app
This is the fastest way and removes everything immediately.
- Open TableMind and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Find and tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and all associated data are erased right away. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email us from the address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account":
We will verify the request, delete your account and data, and confirm by email. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, including your name and email address
- All shifts, tips, sales, and earnings data
- Your GuestBook: guests, visits, notes, preferences, and tags
- Any photos you saved to shifts or visits
- Your app settings and subscription records held by TableMind
Before you delete: your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you have TableMind Pro, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise billing continues.
Data retention
We delete your account data when you delete your account. A limited set of records may be kept only where the law requires it, such as financial or transaction records held by Apple or Google. Nothing is retained for marketing, and TableMind does not sell your data.
